1 cup ham (cut into cubes (if there is enough ham left on the bone – no need to add additional chopped ham))

1 large onion (diced)
•
1 14.5 ounce can fire roasted diced tomatoes (with juice (regular diced tomatoes are fine too))

1 teaspoon chili powder
•
Juice of 1 lemon
•
2 cloves garlic (minced)
•
3 stalks celery (chopped)

1 cup chopped carrots
•
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
