INGREDIENTS
2 (5 ounce) cooked chicken breasts – cut into cubes
4 slices sugar free bacon – cooked and cut into small pieces
1 small/medium apple – diced (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries – low sugar
1/2 cup avocado mayo – I used Primal Kitchen
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried rosemary – you can also use 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage – you can also use 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme 
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
