1-Minute Coffee Cake in a Mug
INGREDIENTS

For the cake:
•
1 tablespoon of butter
•
2 tablespoons of sugar (I like to use brown, I have also tried it with Truvia, which works well)
•
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
•
Dash of vanilla
•
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
•
Dash of nutmeg
•
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
•
Pinch of salt
•
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder
•
For the topping:
•
1 tablespoon of butter (use cold butter straight from the fridge for the crumbliest topping)
•
2 tablespoons of flour
•
1 tablespoons of brown sugar
•
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
•
Dash of nutmeg
