Ingredients

  • 4 lg Navel oranges (peeled)
  • 1/3C Sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1C Finely grated fresh coconut (or 1 can (3 1/2oz) flaked coconut
  • 1/4C Orange juice

  • Step 1
    Remove all outer white membrane from oranges and slice thin crosswise. Layer oranges into a serving bowl, sprinkling with sugar, coconut, and orange juice as you go.Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Mix lightly and serve.
