Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar, granulated
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make lemon bars

Step 1Cut butter, flour and confectioners' sugar together with a fork or pastry cutter. Press in an ungreased square pan( 8x8"), pressing up along the edges about 1/2".

Step 2Beat remaining ingredients about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Pour over crust. Bake about 30 minutes at 350. Cool, dust with powdered sugar, cut into squares.
