These are so good and so easy. I have used the regular Aunt Jemima mix, also, but used sour milk and a little baking soda in the batter-they are also really good. Let your imagination to run wild. I have put pumpkin in this batter, nuts, blueberries, you could even put cream cheese,etc.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups aunt jemima complete pancake mix
  • 1 package truvia or sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • OTHER ADDITIONS
  • - blueberries
  • - nuts

How To Make waffles

  • Step 1
    Melt the butter in microwave. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until lumps are gone. Let batter rest for about 5 minutes-this is when I heat the waffle iron. Spray waffle iron (only once) pour desired amount of batter in waffle iron-waffles are usually done when the steam stops-but use per your manufacturer's instructions.
