confectioner's sugar fudge
Makes a 9x9x2 or a 9x13 pan. This is Miss Florence Lindow's recipe. Everyone at church loved her fudge! She was my piano teacher and we would always look forward to eating fudge after our spring and Christmas piano recitals!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds confectioners' sugar
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons marshmallow cream
- 1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make confectioner's sugar fudge

Step 1Combine sugar, milk and butter in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.

Step 2Beat until chocolate melts and fudge thickens. Add nuts (optional). Turn into 9x9x2 or a 9x13 pan.
