Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c
    plain flour,
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 can(s)
    small crushed pineapples
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cinniman
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    cooking oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1 c
    nuts, mash up
  • 2 c
    shredded zuichini

How to Make zucchini bread

Step-by-Step

  1. grease or pam 2- 8x5 loaf pans. in a bowl beat together sugar, oil and vanilla until combined. beat in eggs 1 at a time. stir in flour mixture several times with zucchini. bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. don"t over bake.
  2. topping icing: boil, 1 stick of butter,1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla. let bread cool, before you pour it over it.
