I have never seen a chocolate chip cookie recipe made like this before. Can't wait to try this out!!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 1/2 c
    oatmeal, uncooked (powdered in blender)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 4 oz
    hershey bar melted
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 12 oz
    pkg of chocolate chips

How to Make UNION STATION COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream together butter and sugars. Add vanilla. In separate bowl, mix flour, oats, salt and baking powder.
  2. Mix creamed and dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips, melted chocolate and nuts. Place dough in golf size balls or smaller on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 8 minutes or until done.
