6 mdpotatoes

all-purpose flour

2 cancream of mushroom soup, 10.5 oz each

1/2 canwater

How To Make pork chop potato casserole

1Peel potatoes.

2Cut into round slices.

3Layer bottom of a large casserole dish with potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Coat pork chops with flour.

5Heat oil in large skillet and brown pork chops on each side.

6Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes.

7Heat soup with water.

8Pour over pork chops and potatoes.

9Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
