How To Make pork chop potato casserole

  • Peeled potatoes on a cutting board.

    Peel potatoes.
  • Potatoes cut into rounds.

    Cut into round slices.
  • Potatoes layered in a baking dish.

    Layer bottom of a large casserole dish with potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Pork chops coated in flour.

    Coat pork chops with flour.
  • Browning the pork chops.

    Heat oil in large skillet and brown pork chops on each side.
