Texas Tamale Balls

1 lblean beef
1 lbpork sausage
1 cv-8 juice
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
2 Tbspchili powder
1 tspsalt and pepper
2 tspeach of cumin and paprika
1/2 ccrushed chips fritos or any flavor doritos
How to Make Texas Tamale Balls
- Mix meats, V-8 juice and eggs.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to meat mixture. Be sure that all dry mix is evenly blended with meat.
- Pinch off a small amount and roll into marble or bite size balls. NOTE: I used a small cookie scoop, either way works fine.
- Place on two large cookie sheets with sides. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes depending on size of balls.
Use 2 bottles of Chili Sauce (you can find it where the cocktail sauce is located in the store). Add 1 tablespoon chili powder. Place sauce in small crock pot and add meatballs. Serve warm.
