1Prepare as directed for basic Thumbprint Cookies, except add 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon, lime or orange peel to dough with egg yolks and vanilla, omit walnut, roll dough balls in egg white and then 1 cup of shredded coconut, Bake as directed omit jam fill each one with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon curd or lime curd
