foolproof pie crust

My favorite pie crust! Makes 2 (9 inch) and 1 shell. If you're nervous about making your own pie crust, this is the perfect recipe for you! Comes out great every time.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Instead of buying a crust, try this foolproof pie crust. It makes two healthy-sized pie crusts. Delicate and tender, this crust is flaky and a great base for any pie. A great recipe for a beginner to learn to make. The vinegar in the crust is supposed to keep the dough from getting tough and makes it a little more forgiving if you have to re-roll it.
