We have a broken oven. I was tired of the same ole foods. So I brain stormed and came up with this stove top meal. And it works great!!!

Ingredients

  • MEAT LOAF

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    onions
  • 1/4 c
    bellpepper
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs, dry
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic
  • GLAZE

  • 1 small
    can of tomatoe sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar

How to Make Stove Top Meat Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix meat, two eggs, bread crumbs, onions, bell pepper in a bowl, season to taste. I recommend half teaspoon of oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Ball meat up into tiny loaves. Place into a deep frying pan. Brown on both sides. Then mix the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Pour ingredients over loaves and cover cook for about 30-45 minutes depending on how big of loaves you make.
