I am a huge gelatin salad fan and usually take a jello salad to our family get-togethers or potluck dinners. My favorite salad is anything made with lime jello. I found this in a cookbook I purchased at a garage sale. Made it today and I absolutely love it!!!

How to Make Green Jello Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain pineapple and add enough water to juice to make one cup. Boil then put in Jello and boil for two minutes. Cool. Add one cup cottage cheese, pineapple, and cup of Cool Whip. Then add chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans). Chill. ENJOY!
