This recipe takes awhile to prepare but is well worth the trouble. A must at all our family holidays!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cooked yellow squash cubed
  • 3/4 c
    gratted carrots
  • 1 stick
    butter melted
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1 box
    chicken flavored stove top stuffing
  • 2 c
    cheese grated
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    milk

How to Make Squash Cassarole for a Crowd

Step-by-Step

  1. Set aside 1 cup stuffing
    Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9x11 baking dish. Sprinkle reserved stuffing on top.
  2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
