I love this recipe got it from my best friend who lives in Colorado.It is really more of a pumkin cake then pie but soooo yummy!We like to serve it with either whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can(s)
    canned pumpkin
  • 12 oz can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 3//4 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Slow Cooker Pumpkin "Pie"

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix altogether and pour into well greased crockpot.Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low cook 6-7 hours. Enjoy with dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
