My daughter made this for me one day and it was so good I now make it myself as a dessert dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 0z box
    instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 8 oz
    tub whip cream (thawed)
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c
    pineapple tidbits
  • 2 c
    mini marshmellows

How to Make Simple Pistachio Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain pineapple,set juice aside. In medium bowl mix all ingredients together, adding small amount of leftover juice to help dissolve pudding mix.
    Mix until well blended. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
