This is a drink that I tried (and liked!) from one of my Ultimate Drinks & Cocktails books. It's a nice, smooth drink to have when you want to just relax and wind down a bit.

How To Make apple strudel cocktail

Wet the rim of a glass with a lime wedge or water; dip in the cinnamon-sugar. Fill the glass with ice and pour in all the ingredients. Add a pinch of cinnamon and the lime wedges; stir well. Garnish with a slice of green apple. Enjoy!
