This is the most easy and delicious roast chuck I have ever made. My friend Linda is a great cook and she is the first one to make this. I then made it for my family and they went crazy! Believe me this is so easy you won't believe it!

Ingredients For roast beef

  • 4 lb
    chuck roast
  • 3-4 can
    golden mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    frozen pearl onions
  • 1 pkg
    baby carrots
  • 1 lb
    button mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • olive oil for browning roast

How To Make roast beef

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper both sides of roast. Brown roast in olive oil.

    Put browned roast in a roaster that has a lid. Pour soup and worcestershire over roast. Add veges around the roast.

    Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until roast is fork tender and veges are cooked.
