Ingredients For hot & spicy crabmeat dip

1 tspcanola oil

2 tspminced garlic

1/2 clight mayonnaise

1celery stalk, finely diced

1green onion, finely diced
-
1-1/2 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspdried parsley
-
2 tspfresh horseradish
-
2 tspdijon mustard
-
1 tspdried thyme
-
1 tspred pepper flakes
-
1 ccrabmeat, drained, flaked

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make hot & spicy crabmeat dip

1Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a small casserole dish, set aside. In small skillet, over med-high heat, add oil, then garlic. Cook, stirring, until browned, about 2 mins.

2Place garlic in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, celery, green onion, lemon juice, parsley, horseradish, mustard, thyme and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Lightly fold in crabmeat. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.

3Spoon crabmeat mix into casserole dish. bake about 15 mins, or until light brown. Serve w/ crisp bread rounds, crackers and cut veggies.
