How to Make CRABMEAT SOUP
- USE A VERY LARGE POT,DEEP.LAYER POTATOES,AND ONIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POT,POUR THE 3 CANS OF CHICKEN BROTH OVER THIS AND COOK TILL SOFT.THEN MASH THE POTATOES ,PUT THESE MIXTURE IN THE BLENDER,TILL FINE.ADD THE SPICES.PUT THIS INTO A VERY LARGE POT.THEN STIR IN THE HALF AND HALF,AND GENTLY FOLD IN THE CRABMEAT.THEN COOK THIS FOR AROUND 20 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT.DO NOT BOIL.THIS SOUP IS BETTER THE SECOND DAY,AND IT FREEZES WELL.
