This is so simple and delicious. I guarantee the pork chops to be very tender! This would also go good with your favorite add-ins to the Stove top Stuffing such as pecans, cranberries, raisins, or diced apples if you want to jazz it up.

How to Make Pork Chops and Stuffing

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray your roasting pan with cooking spray.
  3. Salt and pepper your pork chops to your taste.
  4. Set pork chops in your roasting pan.
  5. Prepare the boxed stuffing mix according to box directions.
  6. Evenly scoop prepared stuffing on top of each pork chop.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Enjoy.
