How to Make Pork Chops and Stuffing
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray your roasting pan with cooking spray.
- Salt and pepper your pork chops to your taste.
- Set pork chops in your roasting pan.
- Prepare the boxed stuffing mix according to box directions.
- Evenly scoop prepared stuffing on top of each pork chop.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven.
