This is a sandwich recipe that i came up with one day wanting to have something new. I love panini's but I did not want to buy and exspensive panini press so here is what I came up with, I know you will love it as much as my family and I do. P.S. You can use any combo of cheese, meat,or bread.

Ingredients For prucuto and swiss stuffed panini

  • 1 pkg
    prosciutto sliced
  • 1
    loaf of san luis sliced sourdought bread
  • 1 pkg
    sliced swiss or provolone cheese
  • butter

How To Make prucuto and swiss stuffed panini

    Pre heat Goerge Forman grill to 350. If no tempature control just turn on.

    asseble sadwich's with 2 peices of cheese and meat in the middle. Butter the outside of the bread.

    Put on the grill and close the lid pressing down a little and let cook for about 5 min or untill cheese has started to melt and bread is light golden brown. YUMMMMMMMM
