How to Make Sandtart Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix eggs, butter, n' sugar together
  2. Mix flour in
  3. cover dough n' place in frig. for 12 hrs.
  4. you must work w/ cold dough so only take out small amounts at a time
  5. lightly flour your counter first, then roll out dough (I always prefer the dough to be rolled out thin) n' cut w/ your favorite cookie cutters (you may lightly dust the top of dough when rolling out to prevent sticking)
  6. place on cookie tray, place christmas sugars on top( you may use a egg wash to keep sugars in place.. I think it changes the flavor slightly though)
  7. bake @ 300-325 degrees until slightly brown( they will burn fast)
