1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2+1/8 coil or crisco

1egg beaten
-
3 Tbspcold water

1/2 Tbspvinegar
How to Make Minnenite Never fail Pie Crust
- Mix flour and salt
- Cut in shortening.Can use 2 knives with crisscross strokes
- Combine rest of ingredients and let sit for 1 minute.Make into a ball.
- Divide pastry in half. Roll pastry into a circle 2 inches larger than upside down pie plate.
- Fold pastry into fourths;place in pie plate and unfold and ease into plate pressing firmlu against bottom and side.
