Ingredients For fresh tomato soup

  • 3 lb
    tomatoes; coursely chopped
  • 1/4
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp

How To Make fresh tomato soup

    Put tomatoes,onion,olive oil,vinegar and salt in bowl. Stir.

    Let sit for 20 minutes and stir occasionally.

    Process in food processor or blender until smooth.

    Cook on low for 20 minutes. Add sugar and stir occasionally.
  • 5
    Pour through strainer into bowls if there is too much solid pieces. Otherwise pour from pan into bowls.
