Rhonda Hall

When we go to those all you can eat pizza places, my girls loved the dessert pizza's. So I decided to try one at home and it rocked. Quick and easy. You can make your pizza first then while eating put the dessert pizza in the oven. Dinner and dessert without a lot of work!

How to Make Smore's Peanut Butter Pizza

  1. Prepare package pizza crust mix as directed. Press out dough onto foil covered pizza pan (this makes cleanup a snap). Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes.
Don't forget to poke with a fork to prevent the crust from bubbling.
  2. Remove crust from oven and cool for about 5 minutes. Spread peanut butter on cooled crust. Top with the mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes. Marshmallows will be slightly browned, just like when making smore's.
Cool slightly before cutting and enjoy.
  3. Serves 4 people 2 slices.
