Ingredients For curried deviled eggs& stuffed avacado's

  • 6 md
    hard boiled eggs
  • 3 md
    ripe avacado's
  • 1 lg
    medium-ripe tomato
  • 1 sm
  • 1to2 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 c
    diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp
    superfine ground dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 dash
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder

How To Make curried deviled eggs& stuffed avacado's

  • 1
    slice eggs lengthwise remove yolk to bowl. mash yolks and stir with salt and pepper, mayo, curry powder, dry mustard. fill egg whites with yolk-mayo and seasonings. sprinkle chili powder on top.

    slice and remove pit from avacado's. mix diced tomato, diced onion, diced bell pepper and cilantro. "stuff" avacado's with salsa mixture.

    serve as two separate appetizers or on same platter.
