Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

This recipe was a real hit with everyone in the Test Kitchen. It is so very filling and we made a meal out of it by pairing it with a nice green salad. The Test Kitchen
5-6chicken breasts, cooked and seasoned (or)
2 can(s)white meat chicken
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 csour cream
1stack ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stickbutter, melted
How to Make Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, or, if you use the canned chicken, drain and break up pieces.
- Mix the soups and sour cream in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken and mix.
- Put in a buttered casserole dish. Top with crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with poppy seed.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
