2 lbground beef

3 Tbspitalian dressing

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

15 ozpineapple slices in juice

8 slicebacon
-
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 choney
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make pineapple burgers

1Mix ground beef and Italian dressing, salt and pepper.

2Shape into 8 patties.

3Press a pineapple slice into each pattie.

4Wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with wooden toothpick.

5Mix remaining ingredients.

6Place patties in glass 13 x 9 dish.

7Pour barbecue sauce mix on patties.

8Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

9Grill patties, pineapple side down, about 10 minutes.

10Turn, brush with sauce.

11Grill another 10 minutes.

12Heat remaining sauce to serve with burgers.
