We Southerns love our pimento cheese sammies!! I can't remember where I got this recipe but I like it very much. It can be used on crackers as well as a filling on celery sticks.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    extra sharp white chedder cheese
  • 3/4 c
    sharp chedder cheese
  • 1 c
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayo
  • 1 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 dash(es)
    hot sauce
  • ·
    black pepper to taste
  • 4 oz
    pimento

How to Make Pimento Cheese filling

Step-by-Step

  1. mix well (I run mine through a blender for a few minutes) and serve as a filling for sandwiches or appetizer on crackers/celery sticks I always like my pimento cheese sammies toasted but up to each one how you want it.
