Ingredients

  • 2 c
    butter
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 5 c
    blended oatmeal(place in blender till oatmeal is fine powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 4 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1
    8 oz. chocolate bar, grated
  • 3 c
    chopped nuts

How to Make Neiman Marcus $250.00 Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, till thoroughly mixed. Add vanilla, mix with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add rest of ingredients. Bake 6 minutes only at 375 degrees in the oven. Let cool on cokkie sheet before removing. Makes 112 cookies.
