Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    linguine, uncooked
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 3 to 4
    garlic cloves
  • 5 tsp
    grated lemon peel
  • 4 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • lb
    uncooked medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • ·
    shredded mozzarella cheese & minced fresh parsley, opt.

How to Make Citrus Garlic Shrimp

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook linquine according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor, combine the next 8 ingredients, cover & process until blended.
  2. Pour into a lg. skillet, heat thru. Add shrimp, cook for 5 mins. or until shrimp turn pink. Drain linguine, toss w/shrimp mixture. Sprinkle w/cheese & parsley if desired.
