Ingredients For over the edge marinade

  • 8 oz can
    tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c
    black stout coffee
  • 1 c
    coors light beer
  • 1/4 c
    jack daniels whiskey
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    liquid smoke
  • 2 md
    jalapeno peppers -- minced
  • 2 clove
    garlic -- minced
  • 1 sm
    red onion -- minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    creole seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes

How To Make over the edge marinade

    Blend everything up thoroughly in blender.

    Set in sealed container in refrigerator until use.
