Ingredients

2boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up

1 1/2 tspseason salt, i buy lawry's

3 Tbspolive oil
-
1large bag of frozen broccoli florets, cooked or comparable fresh crowns, cooked tender crisp
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded - i prefer sharp

1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
-
1 csour cream
-
1 tsplemon juice
How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
- OVEN at 350
Rub season salt into chicken and cube. Heat oil and cook chicken until white/opaque. While chicken is cooking, microwave broccoli till tender crip and place in bottom of a casserole dish. When chicken is done add on top of broccoli - Mix soup, sour cream and lemon juice together and pour over broccoli/chicken and top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
- I serve this with white rice.
