Nice, soft marshmallowy taste and texture. This is great with the Heavenly and Easy Chocolate Cake I posted. Nuts and Cocoanut don't hurt, either.

Ingredients For no cook marshmallow frosting

  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    light karo syrup
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make no cook marshmallow frosting

    Add salt to egg whites, beat until frothy.

    Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth and glossy.

    Slowly add Karo syrup, beating until frosting stands in firm peaks.s
