I love strawberries. It is one of my favorite fruit. I bought strawberries from the grocery store. I was thinking about to make a strawberry cobbler. I made of my own recipe for strawberry cobbler. They are so delicious and sweet. I love it.

Ingredients

  • 2 pt
    of strawberries, hulled and cut halves
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine, melted
  • ·
    vanilla ice cream

How to Make Lisa's Strawberry Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash and hulled strawberries and cut halves. Put strawberries in a medium bowl and add sugar and stir well. Put the strawberries in a 9X13-inch baking dish. Mix flour, sugar, and milk in a small bowl and use a whisk to mix well until smooth. Put the batter over strawberries. Put butter in a small microwaveable bowl and put in microwave for 30 seconds until melted. Pour all over the batter. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve strawberry cobbler in a small bowl and add vanilla ice cream on top of strawberry cobbler.
