Marinated Flank Steak
1beef flank steak
1/3 cvegetable oil
1/3 csoy sauce
1/3 cdry sherry
3 clovechopped garlic
2 tspchopped fresh ginger
1 tspdry mustard
2 Tbspbrown sugar
How to Make Marinated Flank Steak
- Place flank steak in a zip-lock plastic bag.
Place remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and pour over flank steak.
Marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Overnight is better.
Grill over hot coals. let rest for 10 minutes. Cut in thin slices on the diagonal.
Serve with a baked potato, salad, and garlic bread for the perfect meal!
