1 boxyellow cake mix

1/2 coil

4eggs
-
11 ozcan mandarin oranges do not drain

9 ozcool whip

3 ozinstant vanilla pudding

14 ozcrushed pineapple do not drain
How To Make mom's easter cake

1Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and juice from mandarin oranges in the mixer. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in oranges.

2Place cake mixture in a greased 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Approximately 25-30 minutes. Allow cake to cool.

3Mix cool whip, pudding and pineapple with juice until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Refridgerate until ready to serve. Store covered in the refridgerator.
