Ingredients

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 8 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    evaporated milk add water up to 3/4 cup
  • HOME-MADE BISCUITS

How to Make Homemade Biscuits

Step-by-Step

  1. Sift flour then add other dry ingredients
  2. Then cut in 8 tlbs of butter until it resembles course meal . Little pebbles . :)
  3. Then add you evaporated milk and water mixture . Mix together
  4. flour your surface and rolling pin so that it doesn't stick
  5. Then knead your dough a few mins
  6. Cut out with biscuit cutter or you can use a glass cup
  7. Place in a nonstick pan snuggled together
  8. Place in a preheated oven @ 400*
  9. Bake for 12 to 15 mins until they are lightly brown
