    uncooked, frozen, boneless, skinless, chicken breast
  • 1 can(s)
    blackbeans, drained, 15oz.
  • 1 can(s)
    yellow corn, drained,15oz
  • 1 jar(s)
    salsa, chunky, can be hot, med., or mild
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, 8 oz., fatfree

How to Make Cream Cheese Crockpot Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Put frozen chicken breasts in crockpot, cover with can of black beans, can of corn and jar of salsa. cook on high 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked. Place block of cream cheese on top and cook for additional 1/2 hr.
