Ingredients

5 ccake crumbs
-
1/2 craisins or currants
-
2 Tbspcocoa powder
-
4 Tbspwarmed & sieved apricot jam
-
1 Tbspdark rum
-
·enough chocolate sprinkles to coat all 15 balls
How to Make Tea-Time Truffles/Rum Balls
- Mix 1st 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Then add in the jam & rum & mix in well to a stiff paste.
- Form into balls, the size you like & immediately roll it in the chocolate rice, before it dries out.
- Either chill the truffles or serve immediately.
