This is a recipe that's a must during Christmas. I make it every year, especially because it is my daughter's favorite.

Ingredients For tea-time truffles/rum balls

5 cchocolate cake rumbs

1/2 cchopped raisins or currants
-
2 Tbspcocoa powder
-
3 1/2 Tbspwarmed & sieved apricot jam
-
1 Tbspdark rum
-
enough chocolate sprinkles for 15 rum balls
How To Make tea-time truffles/rum balls

1Mix 1st 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add jam, rum & mix them well to form a stiff paste.

2Form into balls & roll immediately in the sprinkles & set aside in refrigerator or serve immediately.
