2/3 cbrown sugar
2 ccubed soft bread crumbs
10 1/2 ozcan of tomato puree
How To Make tomato bread pudding casserole
1Melt butter; pour over bread and toss. Heat the tomato puree, water, salt and brown sugar. Simmer 5 minutes, then pour over bread cubes. Toss. Bake in a 1 1/2 - quart covered casserole for 45 minutes.
