Ingredients

16 ozcan of salmon
-
1 tsplemon juice

2 tsponion grated
-
1 tsphorseradish

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspliquid smoke flavoring

1/2 cchopped pecans
-
3 Tbspsnipped parsley

8 ozcream cheese
How to Make Salmon Log
- Mix all ingredients, except pecans and parsley a day ahead and refridgerate covered.
- Form into two logs and roll in pecans to coat log.Sprinkle with parsley and refridgerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers of your choice.
