This one comes from the old "Nashville Now" tv show on the Nashville Network. They had 2 comedians on the show known as "The Indian and the White Man" who did a cooking segment. The recipe is really easy because it uses a box brownie mix.

How to Make Rocky Road Brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare brownie according to package directions. In the meantime; in a small saucepan combine milk, margarine, and chocolate chips. Cook over low heat until melted and smooth.
  2. When the brownies are done baking immediately top with mini-marshmallows. Pour chocolate "sauce" over marshmallows and return to the oven for approximately 5 minutes.
