Here is an unusual and wonderful recipe for chicken. I got this from a friend in California several years ago.

Ingredients For honey baked curried chicken

3-4 lbchicken parts, use your favorites or a whole cut up chicken

1 stickbutter
-
1/2 choney
-
1/4 cprepared mustard

1 tspsalt

1 tspcurry powder
How To Make honey baked curried chicken

1Rinse chicken. Arrange pieces in one layer in a baking dish, skin side up.

2Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder. Mix well with whisk.

3Pour mixture over chicken to coat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is done and nicely browned. While baking baste chicken every 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
