How to Make Creamy Fudge
- Bring sugar and milk to a full boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and boil 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add boiling sugar syrup; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Pour into greased 8" square pan. Chill; cut into squares. Makes about 1 1/2 lbs.
