What a simple and delicious salad this makes. This kale comes right out of my garden, as did the tomatoes. I know you'll love the taste as much as I did.

1 lgbunch of kale

1 lgtomato (diced)

1/8 clemon juice

3 Tbspolive oil

1/4 ctoasted nuts (use the ones you like)
How To Make kale and tomato elegant

1Clean the kale by removing any stems or little ribs. Then tear the kale into small pieces.

2Massage the kale with the salt and lemon juice.

3Add the olive oil and nuts and give it a toss.

4Add the diced tomatoes and give it a gentle stir to mix.

5Add other veggies then what I suggested, the possibilities are endless.
